The creative challenge
A beautiful standalone image cannot sustain a series. The project needed recognisable characters, continuity and clear stories across scenes and episodes.
My solution
I defined consistent characters, proportions, settings, movement rules, scene start and end states and review criteria. Music and narrative guide shot planning.
What exists today
A visual universe, production manual, AI-assisted image and animation workflow and content published on YouTube. I own direction, selection and review.
Commercial potential
The property was designed to support new stories, formats and products. Physical products and licensing are opportunities in development, not yet launched.
Tools and production
Hand drawing and original direction; research, planning and prompts with ChatGPT and Claude; Magnific images, Kling video, ElevenLabs/Lyria audio and DaVinci Resolve editing. I own direction, selection and continuity review.
